Eight family members killed by coalition airstrike in Syria

Hasakah (Syria News) The Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported, on Sunday, that eight persons were killed in an air strike carried out by the US-led international coalition warplanes, on Friday, on the village of Zayb Hadaj, southeast of As-Shadadi City, in the countryside of Hasakah.

Local sources in the area reported that, on Friday, the international coalition warplanes attacked the residents of Zayb Hadaj Village, killing eight persons belonging to one family.

Last month, the international coalition warplanes bombarded the residents’ houses in al-Fadel Village, near As-Shadadi City, killing 25 civilians, including two elders, while injuring dozens others.

Meanwhile, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that the death toll of these attacks rose to 12 persons, including a woman and 3 of her children, in addition to other 2 women and 4 of their children.

It is noteworthy that the casualties due to the coalition air strikes in the last 24 hours have increased to reach at least 20 persons, who were killed in two separate air strikes on the east of the Euphrates River.
