Damascus (Syria News) The self-proclaimed Islamic State has crucified a number of youths in al-Yarmouk Camp, south of the capital, Damascus, Enab Baladi News reported on Tuesday.
The Islamic State group, however, did not issue any clarification about the execution of the youths, as it used to do in its held areas.
The Islamic State is currently controlling 70% of the camp’s areas, which previously witnessed several execution on different charges.
Meanwhile, Rabee Sawra News agency reported that the radical group crucified two youths, yesterday, near al-Orouba border, while crucified two others, two days ago, near Palestine Mosque, in Damascus.
The youths were crucified on charges of smuggling house equipment from the camp to the town of Yalda, south of Damascus, the agency added, while explained that the crucifixion lasted for three days.
It is noteworthy that the Islamic State group controls the majority of the camp and al-Hajar al-Aswad camp, in addition to al-Assali area and al-Tadamon neighborhood. ISIS also announced capturing al-Zayn neighborhood, south of Damascus, after military confrontations against the Syrian rebels.
