(Syria News) The Syrian Network for Human Rights documented at least eleven massacres in Syria in May 2018.
In its report the network said that the International coalition is responsible for 45.46% of the massacres committed in Syria, while pointed out that the Syrian regime is responsible for 27.27% of them.
The report also revealed that unknown parties committed two genocides, while the Russian troops committed only one.
According to the report, the genocides resulted in the killing of 103 civilians, including: 45 children and 28 women; thus, 71% of the massacres’ casualties in May are women and children.
The number of massacres committed in Syria since early 2018 and till June 2018 reached 171 massacres committed by the fighting parties in Syria.
Meanwhile, the Amnesty International Organization revealed that the international coalition may have violated the international law by some attacks against the Islamic State group in Raqqa.
It is noteworthy that the Amnesty International said in a report issued, last Tuesday, that the international coalition has subjected the civilians to real danger in Raqqa, in order to recapture the city, which is considered the stronghold of the ISIS in Syria, without reviewing the needed procedures to protect the civilians.
