Aleppo (Syria News) The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported, on Wednesday, that the Syrian regime troops carried out artillery shelling on different areas, located in the northern and southern countryside of Aleppo Province, while pointed out that four fighters were killed in al-Qunaitra due to an IED explosion and assassination.
The London-based observatory revealed that the regime forces shelled several areas in Khalsah Village, which is located in the southern countryside of Idlib, causing only material damage.
The Syrian regime forces also targeted areas in Hayyan Town, which is located in the northern countryside of Aleppo Province, causing material damage, as well as injuring one woman.
Meanwhile in Quneitra Province, SOHR reported that an IED exploded in al-Ajraf area, killing two fighters, while they were riding a motorcycle, while two other fighters were assassinated in the province’s countryside.
It is noteworthy that as the uprising progressed into civil war in Syria, some Sunni soldiers began to defect from the Syrian Armed Forces, while the United Nations has reported that the war was characterized by a complete lack of adherence to the norms of international law.
